Guests\u2019 registration<\/b><\/h2>

When you check-in at the hotel, we need to provide your passport with visa and migration card (for foreigners)<\/b><\/p>

According to the Russian Federation Act N 5242-1 dated 25.06.1993 (as amended on 29.06.2015) \u00abConcerning the Right of the Russian Federation Citizens to Freedom of Movement and Choice of Place of Stay and Residence within the Russian Federation\u00bb and the Russian Federation Act N 109-\u0424\u0417 dated 18.07.2006 (as amended on 22.12.2014) \u00abConcerning the Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation\u00bb,\u00a0<\/span>all the guests are subject to be registered at the hotel, and we ask you to present the following documents:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>


for Russian citizens:<\/b><\/p>

– the internal Russian passport,<\/span><\/p>

– or birth certificate (for children under 14 years old);<\/span><\/p>


for foreign guests (one of the options):<\/b><\/p>

– passport with Russian visa, and migration card,<\/span><\/p>

– passport and group voucher (if you arrived at St. Petersburg by ferry, you are allowed to stay on the territory of Russian Federation for 72 hours without visa, within a tourist group)<\/span><\/p>

– passport and migration card (in case of visa-free regime),<\/span><\/p>

– diplomatic passport,<\/span><\/p>

– residence permit.<\/span><\/p>

This registration is for free for our guests,<\/b>\u00a0according to the Russian Federation Act N 5242-1 dated 25.06.1993 (as amended on 29.06.2015) “Concerning the Right of the Russian Federation Citizens to Freedom of Movement and Choice of Place of Stay and Residence within the Russian Federation”, section 3, and the Act \u00abConcerning the Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation\u00bb, clause 2 of the section 13.<\/span><\/p>
