Visa support
Invitation from a hotel to apply for a visa to Russia
Visa is required for almost all foreign citizens to travel to Russia.
A Russian entry visa is issued at the embassy or consulate of the Russian Federation in your country on the basis of an invitation from the host country. The document (voucher) contains a confirmation of the foreign citizen's admission, as well as the host party's registry number issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
To obtain a visa:
1. Book your accommodation in Russia, and if you plan to travel to St. Petersburg, we recommend booking the Nevsky Forum Hotel.
2. Fill out our online form and receive your invitation.
3. Please check the procedure for submitting documents and terms of visa processing in Russia at the nearest Russian Consulate, where you will need a real invitation.
Parking
Parking is available for hotel guests in the hotel courtyard. Please inform us in advance of your parking needs and we will reserve a space for you.
Transfer
We are happy to provide a shuttle service of any comfort for you. Please let us know in advance of your need.

Accommodation with pets

We are glad to inform you that you can stay with your pet in our hotel!
It is possible to accommodate with cats and dogs at the withers no more than 60 cm;
Please note that accommodation with pets is a paid service, 700 rubles per day + a mandatory deposit of 5.000 rubles, which is refundable in the absence of material damage.
